To Be Determined

While I liked the setup at first the "seven sins" premise grew old, to the point that I grew bored with the sex scenes after a while (and I've yet to read a book that made food-sex sound erotic). I also had a problem with the mix of fun and sexy with dark angst. The two didn't blend well in this book and each element suffered for it, especially the heroes issues and fears. Considering just how serious his concerns were, things worked out just a bit too easily.It was a decent read overall, and the first half was great. I really liked the author's voice and I'll be checking out her other books.
